Obtained this disc in an internet trade from someone who descibed it as "German thrash metal," which of course is one of my favorite styles of metal. Well upon receiving the disc and popping it into the cd player, what we really have is mid-paced death metal with grunted vocals. There is quite a bit of thrash influences in this disc, as well as some classic metal influences. "Broken Monolith" sounds like it could have been a Kreator song, but overall, this is slightly above average death metal. Hidden about 5:27 into track ten there is a bonus track that I don't know the title of.
